2. Account Registration
To access the full range of ea22 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money wagering, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to your account.

Single Account RuleEach user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any funds being forfeited.

Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID) or valid passport. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.

Account ClosureYou may request to close your account at any time by contacting ea22 customer support. On closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
ea22 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ea22 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ea22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. ea22 aims to process most bKash and Nagad withdrawals within minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending bonus rollover obligations on the account.

Withdrawal LimitsMinimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. ea22 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may include additional KYC documentation.

Declined Transactionsea22 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases ea22 will notify the user and may freeze the account pending investigation.

CurrencyAll account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT. ea22 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ea22 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the point of opt-in. Free SpinsFree spins awarded as part of a promotion carry a monetary value per spin as stated in the promotion details. Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on ea22 are provided by third-party game studios and software providers. The following conditions govern gameplay on the Platform.

Bet Acceptanceea22 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. Bets placed on voided events will have the stake returned to the player's account. Accepted bets that are subsequently found to be based on insider information or match-fixing will be voided.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ea22 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Fraud and MisrepresentationUsing false identity documents, impersonating another person, providing false account information, or attempting to defraud ea22 or other players by any means is strictly prohibited.

Money LaunderingUsing the ea22 Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. ea22 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.

Automated Betting ToolsThe use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate Platform behaviour is prohibited. ea22 uses detection systems to identify automated activity and will void bets and close accounts accordingly.

CollusionCoordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports hedging, or any form of match manipulation — is prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

Underage UseAllowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account, whether knowingly or through negligence, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and preventing access by minors.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
ea22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification; or receipt of a chargeback request. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ea22 will endeavour to notify the account holder and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon permanent termination for breach of these Terms, ea22 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposited funds where those funds are directly connected to the breach (for example, funds used in fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse schemes). Termination decisions that affect real-money deposited funds may be appealed by contacting ea22 support in writing within 14 days of the termination notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the ea22 Platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials — is the property of ea22 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ea22 Platform without the prior written consent of ea22. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ea22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if ea22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ea22's total aggregate liability to any user for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ea22's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Responsible Gaming
ea22 is committed to responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The Platform provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ea22 operates as an online platform and endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently. ea22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and circumstances beyond ea22's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or communications network failures) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ea22 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime caused by such events.
